RED FACES
Each year we host a variety show night for all the family, where we aim to raise funds for the work of Te Mapua. This is a night filled with fun and laughter, with acts presented from many of our volunteer team; a quality charity cafe and bottle auction. It's a great time to give generously and enjoy an update of the work of Te Mapua.
CHRISTMAS APPEAL
Christmas and in particular, New Years can be a difficult and dangerous time for children in need. Homes are often overpopulated, money can be tight and children face safety and supervision concerns. At a time when many of us enjoy family and holidaying, Te Mapua children can be at their most vulnerable. We encourage a sponsorship programme each year to help us provide respite for 200 children directly over the New Years dates. $150 will secure accommodation, food and transport for a child in our care and allow us to make a difference for precious children over this special season.
